Concentrated coffee for iced cappuccino.
Recipe:
- 2L water
-200g McLean simple syrup
-165g Rinforzo coffee
-100g sugar
Path to follow:
1. Mix all the ingredients well.
* To fill the tank of the slush machine the first time, do the recipe 4 times.
2. This will result in an iced espresso. For an iced cappuccino, put 1/4 of cream and 3/4 of the product in a glass and shake.
